Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Operation Manager to join our team in Haridwar. As a Pest Control Operation Manager, you will oversee daily pest control operations, ensure efficient service delivery, and drive team performance. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily pest control operations
- Ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Supervise and support the operations team
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor and improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Prepare and present operational reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Operation Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

- Proficiency in MS Office and operational software
